Scottish West Coast Expedition

£300 (includes boat and equipment, doesn’t include food)
5 Days 4 Nights
6th -10th September

This trip is aimed at people who would class themselves as improver paddlers. If you enjoy sea kayaking but lack the confidence, knowledge or skills to tackle multiday trips on your own then this is for you. Your guides will talk you through expedition planning, kit, navigation, how to handle a fully laden boat and wild camping. Leaving from Loch Melfort we will aim to paddle a return journey taken in the stunning Celtic isles of Shuna, Seil and Luing, possibly through the Coryveckan and out to the slate isles. The emphasis on this trip is on enjoying the awesome scenery and taking our time to explore the coast. We will aim to paddle around 10 - 12 miles a day before setting up our camp for the evening.

Transport can be arranged from North Wales or Glasgow upon request.
